How young is too young to own a personal digital device?
When children are given personal digital devices at young ages, it can be seen as negative because children are being exposed to more at younger ages because they have quick and easy access to the internet.
Having their own devices gives them more access to the internet, which means they are seeing pop up ads and older people's posts that they probably shouldn't.
